Q- What is Notary Public?
A: A Notary Public is a responsible person appointed by the state government to witness the signing of important documents and administer oaths.

Q- Why are documents notrized?
A: To deter fraud. An impartial witness (the notary) ensures that the signers of the documents are who they say they are and not imposters. The Notary makes sure the signers have entered into the agreement knowingly and willingly.

Q- Can My Documents Contain Blanks?
A: NO! We can not notarize a document that is incomplete or contains blanks.

Q- Do I have to be face to face for the Notary be able to Notarize my documents?
A: Yes. You should personally must be appear infront of the Notary at the time of notarization. However, If you have a "Subscribing Witness". "Subscribing Witness" has to witness the signer signing the document.
The "Subscribing Witness" should peronally known by the Notary Person.
